Directions From Los Angeles or Fresno

From Los Angeles, take I-5 north and then Hwy 99 north to Fresno.

In Fresno, take Hwy 41 north to Oakhurst, stay on Hwy 41 going through Oakhurst and follow the signs north toward Yosemite. See Directions From Oakhurst.

Directions From Oakhurst

Sugar Pine is located approximately 10 miles north of Oakhurst. The camp turn off (Road 630) is approximately 1 mile past the 4000 foot elevation sign on Hwy 41. There will be a green sign that says "Sugar Pine 1".

Take the road that veers off to the right just past this sign and follow the signs into the camp, about 2 miles from Highway 41.

Directions From Madera

Take Hwy 145 east. Turn north on Hwy 41 towards Oakhurst and Yosemite. Stay on Highway 41 through Oakhurst—follow signs to Yosemite.

Directions From Merced or Mariposa

Take Hwy 140 east from Merced. Once in Mariposa, turn right on Hwy 49 east, which will take you into Oakhurst.

In Oakhurst, turn left on Highway 41 toward Yosemite. See Directions From Oakhurst.

Directions From Sacramento or Stockton

Take Highway 99 south to Merced, then take the Highway 140 " Yosemite exit ".

Stay on Highway 140 approximately 40 miles into Mariposa. In Mariposa, turn right on Highway 49 east which will take you into Oakhurst.

In Oakhurst, turn left on Highway 41 toward Yosemite. See Directions From Oakhurst.
