Scott's Family: Dawn (his wife), Gibson (13), Brady (12), Leighton (8) and Blythe (5)

Scott Egan grew up in a small town in Massachusetts. When he was 12 years old at a camp, he heard the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That night, Scott committed his life to Jesus and began an adventure that is unlike any other.

Scott graduated from Gordon College with a bachelors degree in Youth Ministry with a minor concentration in Biblical and Theological Studies.

After serving for 12 years in Youth Ministry in Massachusetts, God called his family to Amarillo, TX to serve at Citychurch as the Associate Pastor focusing on Youth. Scott loves New England sports, including the Red Sox and the Patriots. He loves to spend time with his family and watch his kids play sports, lead in worship, and play Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Golf. His life verses are Isaiah 40:31 and Acts 20:24.

Meet the Fathers & Sons Worship Leader, Gilbert Trujillo.

                   Gilbert Trujillo

We are excited to have Gilbert back leading worship for our fathers and sons at Sugar Pine! He is a father of four sons and knows how to connect with men and boys in life and worship. He has been involved in worship since he was only 12 years old and has been part of a wide range of ministries, including missions, worship directing and camp ministry. To Gilbert, worship is more than just songs and singing — it becomes our heart’s posture towards the King in all that we do. Gilbert is married to the most beautiful woman in the world, Heather, and together they are raising their family near Yosemite National Park.
