Full-time or Part-time Employment Opportunities

Welcome to the exciting and rewarding world of Sugar Pine. If you are not familiar with us, we are a Christian camping ministry serving about 11,000 guests per year. We operate Camp Sugar Pine and Timber Mountain on our 360-acre property. We are located eight miles north of Oakhurst California.

When we have full-time employment openings, which we do not very often, we look for people that love the Lord and fully embrace our mission: Impacting lives for Christ through exceptional camping experiences. Each of our departments is intentional in all they do to meet our mission.

When we do have an opening, we post it in our local newspaper, the Sierra Star, Craigslist, and of course, on our website.

We quite often need part-time help. Generally, these are weekend positions with some mid-week work from October through May, and expanded opportunities during the summer. Many of our part-time team has been with us for years.

Our part-time needs are in Dining Services, Facilities/Accommodations, Guest Services/Adventure Recreation or the Café.

If you would like to apply for an open full-time position or for part-time employment, please click below for the application materials. We encourage everyone to apply online, but if you would like to mail your information to us: send it to:
