Some say that Timber Mountain at Sugar Pine is the happiest place on earth (apologies to the mouse-based theme parks). Nestled on 15 acres of the Sugar Pine Christian Camps’ property, Timber Mountain defines fun and serenity.
Open late spring through mid-October, your group will enjoy great facilities and activities without the normal cost of a hosted retreat. In addition to guest retreats, Timber Mountain is the site for our acclaimed Kid’s Signature Camps.
With the option of preparing your own meals, Timber Mountain is perfect for groups that don’t have large budgets for camping retreats. However, reasonable cost does not mean limited activities. Your group will enjoy their own pool and private lake, archery, BB shooting, playground, 9-Square-in-the-air, campfire amphitheater, volleyball, and lots of games and activities that you design.

Timber Mountain Lodging:
14 Rustic Cabins:
Each cabin sleeps 9. Shared gender-specific bath/shower facilities. Each cabin has electricity. Portable heaters are not permitted. (no heat and screened windows)
Two units. One of the units (18 beds) have two full service bathrooms. The other (12 beds) share common bath/shower facilities. After our Summer Team leaves in mid-August, both units are available.

A-Frame: You’ll love the 2,800 s/f A-Frame for your primary dining area and meeting room (seats 125).
Amphitheater: A great place for campfire and open-air gatherings (electricity available).

Timber Mountain Dining:
Two dining plans are available:
*The desired option must be chosen during the contracting process.
Option 1: Provides full-service dining from Sugar Pine for each meal.
Option 2: A self-service plan allowing groups to cook, serve, and clean for themselves.
Option 2 kitchen equipment includes:
Dishes/silverware, Pots/Pans, Tilt skillet, Flat-top grill, 2 ovens, 1 free-standing single-burner, Walk-in refrigerator, Coffee station, Ice machine, Commercial freezer, Cleaning Supplies and Garbage bags.
Option 2 does not include:
Meat Slicer, Blender, Mixer, Warmer, Paper or Styrofoam, Napkins/Paper Towels, Aluminum Foil/Saran Wrap and Coffee supplies.
Every person working in the kitchen must have a valid Food Handlers Card.
Medical Aid Station:
Private sleeping room and bathroom. First Aid supplies are not provided.
